Do you want to learn Chinese? YingHua International School offers 3 different levels of Chinese immersion culture camp for students, ages 2 to 10. Young campers will leave singing folk songs and speaking basic Chinese. Some of the Cultural activities include, but are not limited to, Chinese calligraphy, Chinese Yoyo, Dance, Cooking and Handcrafts. School field trips are scheduled every 2 weeks. SUMMER STUDY (pre-k-12) The Lewis School’s acclaimed research-based Academic Support and Enrichment for students who learn differently help many children avoid a “summer slide,” while keeping others tuned and ahead for the coming school year. Each student is provided four focused weeks of multisensory strategy and structure that promote mastery, confidence and new learning. No two days at Red Raider Day Camp are exactly alike! Our days begin with Hello Camp, a morning meeting campers and staff get to know each other, review the day’s schedule and sing our special camp song! Similarly, we will end our days with Goodbye Camp, a time for wrap-up activities and reflections, SMILE Bands, snacks, and “see you later’s. A wide variety of activities throughout the day include arts & crafts, group games, fun with foods, super science projects, soccer, STEM challenges, sports & recreation, electives, enrichment opportunities, and so much more!
