Share My Meals Announces Executive Transition
PRINCETON, NEW JERSEY, June 17, 2026 – Share My Meals (SMM), a New Jersey-based food recovery nonprofit organization, today announced a transition in its executive leadership. After three years of impactful service, Chief Executive Officer Hélène Lancuit stepped down from her role to relocate with her family to Switzerland. To ensure continuity and leadership stability, the Board of Directors has appointed Pam Gregory as Interim CEO, effective immediately.
Under Lancuit's leadership, Share My Meals experienced significant operational growth, scaling from a local pilot program to a powerful movement that now recovers and delivers more than 25,000 meals monthly. Notably, Lancuit also built the New Jersey Meal Recovery Coalition (MRC), a cross-sector initiative aimed to make meal recovery the norm across the state.
While stepping down from the day-to-day chief executive role, Lancuit will remain actively involved with the organization. She will join the Share My Meals Board of Directors and continue to serve as Co-Chair of the MRC through the end of 2026, ensuring strategic continuity for the coalition's ongoing initiatives.
To identify a permanent successor, the Share My Meals Board of Directors has engaged a professional executive search firm. The board is seeking an entrepreneurial leader equipped to advance the organization's food security and climate resilience operations, particularly as shifting socioeconomic factors increase the demand for local support services. During this search period, Share My Meals will continue to deliver all services to its community partners and beneficiaries without interruption.
"We are immensely grateful for Hélène's visionary leadership, professionalism, and the strong foundation she leaves behind," said the Share My Meals Board of Directors. "As we look to the future, the board is fully confident that our vital operations remain in expert hands. We look forward to working closely with Pam Gregory to maintain our momentum and seamlessly execute this transition."
Pam Gregory brings more than 20 years of executive and leadership experience within the non-profit sector to the interim role. She previously served as the President & CEO of the Princeton-Blairstown Center from 2013 to 2025. Her extensive background includes managing organizations focused on expanding equity, access, and opportunity for New York City and New Jersey youth, alongside specialized training in interim executive management from the Support Center for Nonprofit Management in New York City. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees/School Committee of the Princeton Friends School. Gregory's proven track record will ensure operational excellence and strategic stability across the organization's staff, volunteer networks, and donor partnerships during the transition phase.
