At YWCA Princeton's Young Wonders Child Development Center – we believe in empowering and educating children. Our research-based curriculum is taught with hands-on lessons that engage cognitive, linguistic, physical, and social-emotional development in children ages 8 weeks to 6 years old. As a non-profit dedicated to eliminating racism and empowering women, we also place a great deal of emphasis on exposing our students to various languages, cultures, and traditions. Children between the ages of 2 and 6 may be enrolled in our bilingual nursery school, which teaches English and Spanish as a second language. Anti-bullying workshops for our students and workshops for parents throughout the year are offered. Swimming lessons are included in tuition, and other enrichment programs such as dance and music are available for an additional fee. We are currently working with Grow NJ to receive a star rating, which is designed to help access and improve child care programs.
