Hope's Herrontown Woods Community Collage Project Workshop

Led by FOHW's Artist-in-Residence and Board Member, Hope VanCleaf, participants will embellish a 6x6 canvas tile in their own unique style. Please feel free to bring any media you want to use on your tile or just find some inspiration from the woods (flowers, twigs and supplies offered by Hope) Be part of something lasting! Each tile will become part of the collective collage to be permanently displayed in the Veblen House once fully restored, a living testament to creativity, community, and preservation. And please check this event page on the day of for rain date updates!

Celebrate Summer at Strawberry Festival, May 30 & 31 and June 6 & June 7

Kick off Summer with Strawberry season on the farm. Join us on Saturday and Sunday, June 6 & June 7 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. - a weekend party to celebrate these plump and juicy berries. Treat your family to a berry fun day! Children will enjoy fun all around the farm. Special for this weekend take a wagon ride around the farm 11am-3pm. Play on our tractors and playhouses. Say hello to our barnyard animal friends. Enjoy children’s games and activities. Don’t miss the hippity hop corral, rubber duckie race, hop scotch, apple basket bean bag toss and much more. Take a pony ride around the pasture.  Have fun exploring the farm with our scavenger hunt. A day full of activities on Strawberry Festival!

Hoist a Flag in the Pursuit of Happiness; American Folklore as told by the Princeton Storytelling Circle

Spring Winery Weekend Music Series @Terhune's

Join family and friends for our winery weekend music series this Spring. It is the perfect way to relax, connect, and toast the new season. Enjoy a glass of one of our award-winning wines, sit back, and listen to live music from local artists each week. Styles range from Jazz and Blues to Folk and Rock. The music is from 1 pm-4 pm. Light fare is available.

Bring the entire family to enjoy fresh air on the farm, stop in the farm store for fresh produce, baked goods, and local gourmet items, and stroll on the farm. Greater Princeton Youth Orchestra's Senior Ensembles Spring Concert

GPYO's Senior Ensembles (Flute Ensemble, Concert Orchestra, and Symphonic Orchestra) will take the stage at Richardson Auditorium on June 7, 2026 at 3:00 PM. The performance will feature the winner of the 2026 Matteo Giammario Concerto Competition, Advithi S., in Mozart's Violin Concerto No.3, alongside works by Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Andrew Lloyd Webber, and John Philip Sousa. Also on hand, a special presentation. We expect a strong audience; early ticket reservations are encouraged.

Christian McBride & Ursa Major, McCarter Theatre

Christian McBride is an eleven-time GRAMMY-winning bassist, composer, and bandleader. He is the Artistic Director of the historic Newport Jazz Festival, the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), the TD James Moody Jazz Festival, and the National Jazz Museum in Harlem. McBride is also a respected educator and advocate for youth, and serves as Artistic Director of Jazz House KiDS and the Jazz Aspen Snowmass Summer Sessions. In addition to artistic directing and consistent touring with his ensembles, he hosts NPR’s “Jazz Night in America” and "The Lowdown: Conversations With Christian" on SiriusXM. Whether behind the bass or away from it, Christian McBride is always part of the music. From jazz to R&B, and pop/rock and hip-hop/neo-soul to classical, he is a luminary with one hand ever reaching for new heights, and the other extended in fellowship—and perhaps the hint of a challenge—inviting us to join him.
