SUBMISSION RULES:
Participants must reside in Princeton and be registered as a student in Grades 6-12, in any school or homeschool.
Photographs must be taken in the municipality of Princeton, any time within the past year (April 2025 to April 2026).
One photograph in JPEG format may be submitted per participant. Maximum of one prize per contestant.
Limited digital manipulations are permitted, provided they do not compromise the authenticity of the image.
Each photograph filename MUST include the photographer's name and the title of the image. For example: if your name is Ravi Shah and you are submitting a photo of the Princeton Battlefield, you might name your file: RaviShah_PrincetonBattlefield.jpg.
In order to ensure anonymous judging, please do not include any signatures or watermarks on the photo that would reveal the name of the photographer.
Entries must be submitted by 11:59PM on Monday, April 20th, 2026, following the instructions via the form linked on this website.
COPYRIGHT: The photographer retains full copyright to their images. However, with participation in the contest each contestant agrees to give our Princeton Youth Advisory Committee permission to use the photographs without compensation on the Princeton Municipal website, in news releases, promotional print material, social media, for the purpose of publicizing a future event, contest or the Princeton Youth Advisory Committee in general.
PRIZE RULES:
Categories will be adjusted for the number of submissions received.
All submitted photos will be reviewed by volunteer judges.
