In season, our market is stocked with Certified Organic Produce, Microgreens, and Rice from our farms as well as hand curated goods from local vendors. Available this 2026 season: Cherry Grove Farm, Griggstown Farm, and Double Brook Farm meats, Cherry Grove Farm and Calkins Creamery cheeses, Bent Spoon and Owowcow Creamery ice cream, and many more locally-produced foods. Availability is posted on Blue Moon Acres’ Facebook page the day of the market. Shop our online market anytime for delivery or pickup at either of our farms.

Soirée Under the Stars is the Princeton-Blairstown Center’s annual signature fundraising event, which benefits PBC's award-winning outdoor education programs like Summer Bridge, Venture Out, and Leaders-in-Training. These programs provide hundreds of students from historically marginalized communities with high quality experiential programming designed build literacy skills, social & emotional learning, and STEM skills, while providing unforgettable outdoor experiences like high ropes courses, ziplining, canoeing, swimming, and s'mores!
Princeton-Blairstown Center will present the 2026 Dr. Frank Broderick Award to Louise McCants and the 2026 Reverend David H. McAlpin, Jr. Community Champion Award to the Princeton Area Community Foundation.
