In season, our market is stocked with Certified Organic Produce, Microgreens, and Rice from our farms as well as hand curated goods from local vendors. Available this 2026 season: Cherry Grove Farm, Griggstown Farm, and Double Brook Farm meats, Cherry Grove Farm and Calkins Creamery cheeses, Bent Spoon and Owowcow Creamery ice cream, and many more locally-produced foods. Availability is posted on Blue Moon Acres’ Facebook page the day of the market. Shop our online market anytime for delivery or pickup at either of our farms.

Join us at our annual Watershed Butterfly Festival – a celebration of family fun to share the joys and wonders of nature. The event will feature tours of the Kate Gorrie Butterfly House and the Insect Zoo. Enjoy live music and entertainment throughout the day, including animal shows featuring Eyes of the Wild. Young children will delight in being a part of the famous “Butterfly and Bug Parade” led by Lady Monarch, Ms. Allison. Adults and older children can learn about watersheds and the need to protect our rivers, lakes and streams through educational hands-on exhibits. Food and drink will be available for sale. Butterfly wings and other fun items can be purchased at the Watershed Gift Shop.

With the hives open and the bees on their best behavior, the Howell Farm beekeeper invites visitors to look inside the supers and meet the worker bees! Next, you can help uncap and extract this year’s crop of honey from the combs, then have a taste and bottle some to take home. Hive opening takes place at 11:00 a.m. (weather permitting), followed by honey extraction at 1:00 p.m..
