Local band The Beagles with Joy performs a concert celebrating the release of “Soul On Fire,” their debut album of love songs. Officially releasing on July 24, "Soul on Fire" is an album exploring relationships and love with a heavy funk and soul vibe. The Beagles with Joy include: Joy Okoye (vocals); Rob Freeman (vocals, guitar); Jay Posipanko (vocals, organ, piano); John Mazzeo (guitar, lap steel); Da Nickster (bass) and David Ross (drums). In the event of rain or excessive heat, the concert will be in the Community Room.
