Peaches

Read & Pick is an innovative program that combines hands-on farm activity with your young child followed by an education program with stories highlighting the fruit or farm area. Parents and young children (ages preschool to 8 years) are welcome to celebrate everything wonderful about Peaches. We will read two books about peaches and tree fruit followed by an educational component. Then everyone will pick his or her own container of peaches.

Preschool Nature Class: Lenape for Little Ones, The Watershed Institute

Let’s explore the Heritage of the Lenape People, past and present, and focus on the important lessons of caring for the land and creatures. Classes generally include a craft, hike, and activity for the week’s theme. We spend time outdoors each week, so come dressed in layers and waterproof shoes. This program is intended for children ages 3-5. Younger siblings are welcome to attend with a parent, but we ask that they do not participate in activities.

Adult attendance and preregistration required- walk ins will not be allowed.

Summer Kids Club @MarketFair

Kids: Outdoor Storytime at Princeton Shopping Center

This interactive storytime features books, songs, rhymes and movement for kids 18 months and older with an adult. Please bring a blanket. Registration not required. Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the storytime. This program will be canceled in the evert of inclement weather. Check the website for updates.
