Concert, Joshua Roman and Teddy Abrams with Princeton Symphony Orchestra, Richardson Auditorium, Alexander Hall, Princeton University. Cellist and composer Joshua Roman performs his 2015 work Awakening with the Princeton Symphony Orchestra (PSO) under the baton of guest conductor Teddy Abrams. Joan Tower's Made in America is also on the program, performed as part of the Princeton Migrations project. Ludwig van Beethoven's Symphony No. 6 in F Major, Op. 68 "Pastoral" concludes the concert. 3pm Pre-Concert Talk and post-concert reception at Princeton University Art Museum free to ticket-holders. Small Explorer Series, New Jersey State Museum, Join us for March’s Small Explorers program, where we’ll explore dinosaurs! We’ll read “If the Dinosaurs Came Back” by Bernard Most. Then we’ll look at the dinosaur footprint and Dryptosaurs in the “Written in the Rocks” exhibit. After, we’ll head back to the STEAM Center for fun, hands-on activities and games.
