FIFA World Cup Watch Party to Take Place July 11th @Mercer County Park
Trenton, NJ – Mercer County invites residents and visitors alike to celebrate the world's game at the Mercer County Welcomes the World Soccer Watch Party on Saturday, July 11th, from 3:00 to 11:00 p.m. The event will be held at the Festival Grounds in Mercer County Park, West Windsor.
Fans can watch the FIFA World Cup quarterfinal matches on the big screen while enjoying an afternoon and evening filled with soccer-themed activities, local attractions, food, and community spirit.
Maxima Radio will broadcast the match live, and a variety of community partners will offer interactive activities throughout the day. Some participating organizations include the Trenton Ironhawks, the Trenton Thunder, West Windsor-Plainsboro Soccer Association, TachyonLeap Inc., Windsor Athletic Club, Play Soccer Trenton, Real Central NJ Soccer, Trenton Makes Athletic Center and JG Soccer Strength and Conditioning. Attendees can take part in soccer skills challenges, training demonstrations, a mini soccer field, soccer cornhole, and other activities for all ages.
Guests can also enjoy food from nine vendors who will offer a diverse selection of food, along with a beer and beverage garden. Family-friendly attractions will be hosted by Princeton Nursery School, Morven Museum & Garden, Ten Crucial Days, and Grounds for Sculpture, making the event a fun destination for visitors of all ages.
Admission and parking for this event are free. Registration is required and complimentary tickets are available at tinyurl.com/MercerSoccerParty.
