Princeton University Sports Camps offers over 70 sports camps and clinics annually for young athletes. All camps are held on the beautiful and historic campus, located in the heart of Princeton, New Jersey. Overnight campers reside in the University dormitories and enjoy meals from various dining halls around campus. Each camp is directed by varsity coaches from Princeton University with assistance from college coaches and players from around the country. Tony Rienzo, Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Lawrenceville School, has been working with athletes of all ages and skill for 15 years. Strength and Speed are the key factors to improving athleticism. Small group training as well as individualized personal training is available depending on your needs. Camps will help to improve strength, agility, quickness, speed, explosiveness, reaction time, as well as help to prevent injuries. Athletes will learn to become faster and more explosive by learning the correct techniques and mechanics of running. Athletes Peak offers sports performance programs year round, divided into 4 seasons: Summer (June – Aug.), Fall(Sept. – Nov.), Winter (Dec. – Feb.)and Spring (March – May). Lefika Ragontse, world-renown player and well-respected coach, has trained 16 junior champions since 2002. He has two successful squash clubs in the Baltimore area and in 2018, he brought his champion ideals to Princeton, opening the New Jersey Squash Club in Lawrenceville. The New Jersey Squash Club features four courts, several membership options, private lessons, clinics and a weekly match play. In addition, the New Jersey Squash Club offers a summer camp program that features both full and half-day options. Coach Lefika, Coach Chad, Coach Khan and the rest of our professional team will focus on squash fundamentals, racquet skills and footwork. Throughout the week, campers will enjoy a variety of activities that will keep them excited to come back each day! International Squash Academy



August 2 - 7, 2020 - This squash camp is located at The Lawrenceville School in NJ. It will feature prominent squash experts, Paul Assaiante, Vikram Malhotra & Wendy Bartlett. In addition to the squash training camp curriculum, we are also offering a tournament training camp for those tournament level players. Tournament Training: The ISA Tournament Training Camp was developed to provide advanced junior squash players with an opportunity to become better squash match players and improve their tournament results.
