10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Grab a bushel basket and follow behind the potato plow as workhorses Bill and Jesse unearth rows of potatoes for picking! Visitors of all ages can help collect, clean, and sort the crop, which will be delivered to local soup kitchens and food pantries. A few potatoes travel by wheelbarrow up to the barnyard, where farmers wash, slice, and drop them into the kettle to make potato chips for tasting.
