Session 1- Farm To Fork: The Budding Artist
June 25 - July 6
Watch the creative side of your child flourish as they dip their brush into bold colors, mold formless shapes into pieces of their imagination, and combine fresh ingredients to create a tasty masterpiece! Our specialists and Waldorf-certified teachers will guide the students in an exploration of creativity tailored not just for the naturally artistic but also for the child who has yet to tap into their vast artistry.
Session 2-Farm to Fork: Woodland Explorers - July 9 - 20
Together we will experience our environment through exploring, noticing, and discovering! Campers will explore our diverse campus lands, from the babbling creek at Old Man's Tree, to the smooth running paths of our woods, campers will have the opportunity to play and explore their way through our glorious grounds. On their travels they will discover and collect herbs and plants that can be used to make delicious snacks.
Session 3- Farm to Fork: The Natural Chef - July 23 - August 3
We are so lucky to have an organic biodynamic garden available on our campus. Campers will visit the garden throughout the session, harvesting and caring for vegetables, herbs, and flowers, cultivating the earth, and enjoying the fruits of their labor. Tasting herbs and veggies, enjoying the beauty of flowers, cooking delightful snacks and making various household items provides campers with an authentic experience of "Garden to Table".
