Mother's Day Yoga at Morven Museum & Garden

Join us for a special Mother’s Day Outdoor Vinyasa Flow Yoga session, held in the lovely atmosphere of Morven Museum & Garden. This All-Levels Donation-Based class is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with ourselves, with nature, and with the spirit of nurturing that Mother’s Day represents. We will move gently through a practice that balances breath, movement, and stillness, held in the quiet energy of the natural world around us. Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle , and anything else that helps you feel comfortable outdoors. All are welcome to share in this beautiful morning with us.
