The Brookwood Cafe, at 3133 Quakerbridge Rd, Mercerville (Hamilton), NJ hosts "The Joys of Summer." The exhibit runs through August 29, 2025, and is open 8am to 3pm daily. The exhibit is by ten members of Artists at the Station, Hopewell: Karen Brodsky, Patricia Tissa Butt, Claudia Classon, Beverly Mills, Janet Purcell, Janis Sawicke, Margaret Simpson, Aurelle Sprout, Lucia Stout and Vivienne Wingfield. It consists of watercolor, oil, pastel and acrylic paintings. With the summer theme, look for gorgeous florals, elegant waterscapes, bucolic farm animal scenes and tranquil interiors. Many of the artists are award-winning members from Hamilton, Hopewell, Princeton and surrounding areas of Mercer County.
The Creative Collective is showing their Summer Exhibition at the Gourgaud Gallery through August. Visit the exhibit at Cranbury Town Hall's Gourgaud Gallery, located at 23-A North Main St., Cranbury. Hours are Mon.-Fri. 9am-4pm. Parking is available in the rear of the building. Watercolors, acrylics and mixed media will be shown by 13 area artists. Look for paintings with a summer theme, such as florals, vacation spots, in various sizes.
