Blue Moon Acres Farm Market

Blue Moon Acres Farm Market will open for the season beginning on Friday April 18th. The farm market will be open on Fridays 9am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm until December. 11 Willow Creek Drive, Pennington.

Blue Moon Acres’ mission is to offer the most nutritious organically-grown produce and locally-sourced favorites. Owners Jim and Kathy Lyons have provided organic food to restaurants for thirty four years and want to offer it to their neighbors as well. Inside the geothermally heated and cooled building will be a selection of Blue Moon-grown Certified Organic produce, micro greens, eggs, rice, our own line of Herbarium body care products made with herbs grown on the farm, as well as an array of products from other local vendors. New this year: Cherry Grove Farm and Doublebrook Farm meats, Cherry Grove Farm cheeses, Otolith sustainable seafood, and Bent Spoon ice cream.

Customers may also sign up for a subscription produce box for weekly pickup at the farm or delivery to their home. We offer our boxes containing Certified Organic produce and fruits year-round!

Stories In Motion with Princeton Ballet School, Princeton Public Library

Children ages 3 to 10 are invited to jump, twirl and imagine through classic ballet stories with dancers from American Repertory Ballet and Princeton Ballet School.

Includes a short story followed by creative movement demonstration. Registration is required for each child attending and will open two weeks prior to the event. Presented in partnership with American Repertory Ballet and Princeton Ballet School.

Opening Reception, Artworks Trenton

Visual Artist FlyKickz takes over the main gallery of Artworks Trenton for her solo exhibition "Depths of My Sole." Doors open on November 7th from 6-8PM at Artworks Trenton for the Opening Reception. Witness the unparalleled artistic experience and intricate details of FlyKickz latest and biggest collection. This exhibition will be on display until November 26th.

This vibrant collection features over twenty-five never before seen canvases constructed entirely out of the materials of upcycled sneakers; a style of art that has rarely been seen or done before. Specializing in disassembling sneakers to create a very unique art medium, FlyKickz concepts are a mesh of boldness, beauty & fun; a clear reflection of an artist whose creative talents are both complex and evolving.

Northern Saw-whet Owl Banding, The Watershed

It is not often that you get the opportunity to observe and participate in a natural science monitoring effort. This rare experience allows you to observe the saw-whet owl banding project that takes place at The Watershed Reserve every autumn. Participants will learn about Northern Saw-whet Owls and what local researchers at the Wild Bird Research Group are doing to study and conserve these tiny predators. ? Ages 8 and up. Dress for the weather of the day. Space is very limited. All participants must be comfortable walking on uneven ground at night.

When a precocious young Starcatcher-in-training named Molly discovers that a mysterious trunk contains powerful starstuff, she and the orphans must race to keep it out of the fearsome Black Stache's hands. Dutchman and the Slave, Passage Theater

"Dutchman" is an emotionally charged and highly symbolic version of the Adam and Eve story, set on a subway car, which was the first critical success for playwright/activist Amiri Baraka. "The Slave" is the story of Walker Vessles, a Black man who visits the home of his ex-wife, a white woman now married to a white professor. $35.
