Frank was an early voice in Princeton’s LGBTQ history, helping create spaces of connection and belonging when such spaces were rare. As a founding member of what became Gay People Princeton, he helped build a movement rooted in dialogue and care. Together, their story reflects profound change — from years without recognition to marriage equality — offering a deeply human perspective on identity, partnership, and the evolving meaning of belonging, and reminding us of the quiet courage it takes to live, love, and remain open across changing times.
