Princeton Community Chili Cook-Off

Princeton is the proud home of talented home cooks and professional chefs. In this collaborative event, held by the Historical Society of Princeton and the Arts Council of Princeton, we’re putting their skills to the test. Who will be named Princeton Chili Champion?! Join us at Updike Farmstead for a good old-fashioned Chili Cook-Off where attendees will enjoy samples from professional and amateur chefs before casting their vote. Live music, beer, and cider will complete this festive fall day on the farm! Funds raised will support ACP and HSP community programs. Amateur Registration is $25; Restaurant Registration is $50.

NJTL of Trenton 30th Annual Gala

NJTL of Trenton, which creates opportunities for success by enriching the lives of under-resourced youth through innovative tennis, education, and mentoring programs, will celebrate its 30th Annual Gala on Sunday, September 22, 2024, from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Mercer County Indoor Tennis Center, West Windsor, NJ. This exciting event will feature a tennis exhibition, auction, buffet, open bar, dessert and music! This year's special guests include Kim Clijsters and the Princeton Women's and Men's tennis teams.

Enjoy a walk around downtown Princeton and the University campus as you learn about historic sites in the area, including Nassau Hall, University Chapel and Palmer Square. Hear some of the classic history and lesser-known stories of Princeton’s diverse past. Princeton Battle Monument Princeton Battle Monument Tickets are $15. Advance purchase is required. Tour starts in the courtyard of the Princeton Battle Monument (GPS address: 1 Monument Drive). Please note: Space on this tour is limited to 24 participants. The number of available tickets will be listed under “Spaces” below. If there is not a box visible, then there is only one ticket remaining. Due to limited tour size, we cannot accommodate last minute add-ons at the start of the tour.
