Gratitude Yoag looks forward to being back in the woods for our weekly Saturday morning Donation-Based Outdoor Yoga class at 11 am in the serene setting of Herrontown Woods, beginning June 6. Our heart opening Vinyasa flow sessions bring breath and movement together in harmony with the healing power of nature. Princeton's first nature preserve, the 142-acre Herrontown Woods offers over three miles of walking trails, a botanical art garden, and a stream that flows through a boulder-strewn, mature forest. We will meet in front of the historic Veblen House and Cottage. All ages and levels of yoga experience are welcome. Rest and modifications are encouraged. Class Donations will support Friends of Herrontown Woods' ongoing efforts to create a place of restoration and growth for the Princeton community. We will have some yoga mats available to borrow, but please bring your own mat if you have one, along with a water bottle and sunscreen.

You’re invited to sit, play, snack, and connect at this great gingham gathering. This isn’t your kids’ after-school picnic or a sad family reunion in Toledo, but the best way to meet your neighbors, swap recipes, blow bubbles, and discover your picnic personality. Choose your own adventure: pack a pop tart or elevate the picnic experience with an elaborate set-up. Whether it’s a bucket of fried chicken, Japanese takeout, or a homemade, fancy five-course meal, it’s all good at THE BIG SIT. Bring along board games, cards, books, beach balls, hula hoops, sketchbooks, embroidery, kids, well behaved dogs — we just ask that you keep it screen-free. We’re going analog here, people!
You’ll find us in Community Park South on Saturday, June 6 from 12-3pm. If we need it, the Rain Date is the following day, Sunday, June 7, at the same time.
