Adath Israel Congregation is an inclusive and inviting home for all. The Adath is an egalitarian Conservative congregation committed to Jewish values, family, community and inclusiveness. The Adath Family prides itself in bringing generations together to experience the beauty and warmth of traditional Conservative Judaism and contemporary Conservative ritual. Through 2023-2024, Adath Israel will be celebrating its 100th anniversary. Special events have begun with our Mosaic program which engages the community by focusing on the arts and culture. Recently, the acclaimed 613 Acapella group filled the house, including a new and original piece to celebrate our 100th year. Guided by our spiritual leaders, Rabbi Benjamin Adler, and Hazzan Arthur Katlin, Adath Israel provides a full spectrum of Jewish experience, including our religious school, adult learning programs, Tikkun Olam initiatives, dynamic Women’s League, Brotherhood and United Synagogue Youth (USY) organizations.
Cherry Grove Farm is a family-owned dairy farm and creamery situated on nearly 500 acres of preserved farmland. We practice regenerative farming to craft artisanal cheeses, raise grass-fed beef and whey-fed pork, and harvest heritage eggs. Everything is on site, from raising and milking the cows to making and aging our cheese. People love our Buttercup Brie and cave-aged Havilah, which you can buy at our Farm Store along with our meats and other foods and gifts. Come take a class in cheese making, foraging, bread making, beekeeping or other homesteading related workshop. We give hay rides, farm tours, wild plant walks, and a variety of seasonal events. Cherry Grove is an idyllic place for a birthday party, a school outing, or a company retreat. Visit www.cherrygrovefarm.com to learn more. The Farm Store is open every day from 10am - 5pm.
