Owen Zidar, professor of economics and public affairs at Princeton University, on "The Everywhere Millionaire: Who is Really Rich in America and How They Got There." Zidar, together with Professor Eric Zwick of the University of Chicago, is writing a book that tells the story of how millions of Americans from nearly every town in America became wealthy private business owners, and how they are changing our communities and the nation. ACP'S Artist Winter Village at Hinds Plaza

Our artist winter village makes local shopping easier and more creative than ever! These festive pop-up shops, run by talented regional creatives, offer fun and unique gifts in cozy textiles, jewelry, hand-poured candles, charming children’s wear, pottery, wood, and so much more. Shop directly from makers working to bring us small business-driven joy!

Hours: From November 13 through December 21, four Chalets will be open for business Thursday through Sunday, 12-6pm. In addition to the Chalets, ten additional artists will join the village on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-4pm. Vendors change each week!

Holiday Wreath Making Workshops, Morven Museum & Garden

Enjoy light refreshments as you create a unique holiday wreath for your home with your choice of ‘seasonal bling’ and natural accents from Morven’s historic gardens. No experience necessary! Morven’s horticulturalists will be on hand to guide participants. Includes admission to Festival of Trees on the day of the workshop!

Most suitable for ages 12+.
