Continuing Conversations on Race - "What to the Slave is the Fourth of July", Princeton Public Library
Following a community reading of Frederick Douglass's famous speech, Not In Our Town board members Joyce Trotman-Jordan and Caroline Clarke give a presentation about the speech. After the presentation, participants will be invited to explore the text and its ramifications today in small group discussions. Presented in partnership with Not In Our Town Princeton.
