Junbi is relaunching its Princeton location under new ownership by David and Virginia Tsai, ushering in a new chapter for the matcha café known for its ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha and modern café culture. To celebrate, Junbi Princeton will host a Matcha Rave on January 30 from 5–7 PM, featuring a live DJ set by Iron Mike. Beginning January 18, customers who purchase a matcha drink and sign up for the Junbi Rewards Program will be automatically entered for a chance to win a collectible Zimomo, leader of the Labubu Elves.
