Athletes Peak Sports Performance Program

Tony Rienzo, Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Lawrenceville School, has been working with athletes of all ages and skill for 12 years. Strength and Speed are the key factors to improving athleticism. Small group training as well as individualized personal training is available depending on your needs. Camps will help to improve strength, agility, quickness, speed, explosiveness, reaction time, as well as help to prevent injuries. Athletes will learn to become faster and more explosive by learning the correct techniques and mechanics of running. Athletes Peak offers sports performance programs year round, divided into 4 seasons: Summer (June – Aug.), Fall(Sept. – Nov.), Winter (Dec. – Feb.)and Spring (March – May). Box to Box Soccer Training

Box to Box Soccer Training — based in Princeton, NJ — enables young players to develop technical soccer skills and confidence in a supportive, encouraging, and fun environment. The training is designed to improve players' ball mastery, provoke creativity in their play, teach players how to evaluate and effectively respond to different game situations, and tap into the joy of playing.

We will be offering two weeks of camps located at the Chapin School during Summer 2018 for two coed age groups: 5-7 (all levels welcome) and 8-12 years (experience recommended). Training will include various individual and small-sided exercises, fitness and agility, dribbling (mastery and manipulation), passing and receiving, shooting, attacking and defending, and evaluating and reacting to different game situations. Players will leave camp with new skills, confidence, and a greater understanding of the game.

Nassau Hockey League

Welcome to the Nassau Hockey League! Our league is open to boys and girls living in and around Hopewell Valley, New Jersey, and provides an alternative to the more intense programs offered by some other leagues in the area. The charter of the Nassau Hockey League is to create a relaxed environment for the kids and to teach them to skate, play the game and have a good time. The key to this successful tradition has been the restraint and support of the parent in creating and maintaining a constructive, low key atmosphere at the rink.
