Cambridge School, K-12, in Pennington, NJ, (Princeton area) is an independent special education school for children who have been diagnosed with language-based learning differences, such as dyslexia, ADHD, and auditory processing disorder. Our program is built on evidence-based research and emphasizes critical thinking, problem-solving, executive function, and metacognitive skills. Students with language-based learning differences require individualized attention, and Cambridge offers a curriculum that is specifically designed to help students overcome their challenges. City Kidz World Writing Studio, located in Skillman, NJ, is committed to encouraging young people to take an active role in their development as writers. It is a writing program for writers ages 8 to 17 who are interested in creative writing, journalistic writing, or academic writing. Classes are small or individualized and are available days, evenings, and weekends. Writers may work on their own independent creative projects with a writing coach, join a journalistic cohort and publish a newsletter,  join a poetry work group, or work with an instructor to customize a program that will help improve their performance in school. The language immersion summer program is designed to give children entering Grades 1 thru 6 a chance to improve or learn French. Students are grouped according to both grade level and language proficiency. Each week session has a special theme; students will acquire language skills and cultural elements through various activities in a friendly and stimulating environment. All our teachers are French native speakers. Open to all, from non-French speaking to advanced students.

June 22 - June 26: Castles of France: Students will dive into French history and culture by discovering the most famous French castles: learning about life in a castle, creating various models and acquiring the vocabulary to speak about this amazing tour of France.

June 29 - July 3: Inspired by Nature: Students will participate in arts and crafts activities inspired by Nature and focus on their creativity to create a birdhouse, papier-mâché objects, paintings on wood, mobiles, etc.

Summer 2017 Open House 2/26/17 - The International Ivy Summer Enrichment Program is dedicated to providing fun and intellectually-stimulating experiences to fuel young people's interest and creativity. Summer is a great time to explore. We design our classes to be creative and hands-on. Kids design video games, build robots, tinker with the engineering of gadgets, conduct experiments and make films. We believe kids learn best by doing. There are over sixty classes to choose from in STEAM – Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math. At International Ivy, we are open to all students and thrive on their joy and laughter.

International Ivy serves children between the ages 5 and 14. All classes are weekly, Monday to Friday, so students can enroll for one week or multiple weeks. Students can also enroll for half-day or full-day. International Ivy will be held at the Chapin School in Princeton in summer 2017. Come join us for a positive and nurturing summer experience!

This is class for students that require support in both reading and writing skills. Students will go on adventures by exploring different themes each week. Summer Academy 2011 Literacy Boot Camp, Grades 8-11

The Newgrange School provides students who have dyslexia and other learning needs with evidenced-based programs in order to improve their reading, writing and technology skills. High School students in this camp will receive direct instruction in techniques they can use to improve their decoding, fluency and reading comprehension skills. They will learn specific strategies that will enable them to organize their thoughts, read textbooks more efficiently and write better essays, in order to be most successful in content area subjects.
