In addition, being around the amount of Himalayan Salt in our room helps to calm children's nervous systems and helps them to focus during the day and sleep better at night. Himalayan Salt also helps balance the ions in our bodies which brings upon feelings of relaxation. The cost for this event is $30 for a child and an adult combined.
