The Hopewell Valley Arts Council invites the community to celebrate a decade?plus of fall fun at the 11th Annual Amazing Pumpkin Carve, returning to Woolsey Park, October 9–12, 2025. Under the glow of a big top tent, 30 massive, 150?pound pumpkins will be transformed by local artists into jaw?dropping works of art—whimsical, spooky, and everything in between. Rain or shine, visitors can stroll through the tent to see the incredible displays, making the Carve a perfect autumn outing for families, friends, and neighbors.
New this year: Guests can sip local brews in the beer garden while enjoying live music at the Woolsey Park bandshell (Friday–Sunday, weather permitting). The festival also features a hay bale play area, pumpkin painting for kids, and storytelling by the firepits, creating a full weekend of fall festivities.
Tickets: Available online and at the gate. For tickets, food vendors, entertainment schedules, and the full list of sponsors + carvers, visit www.hvartscouncil.org/amazingpumpkincarve.

Join Wull & Oak and Stylebook for our Community Clothing Swap with music, small bites, ethical fashion and a good time! Do you have nice clothing pieces that never see the light of day because they no longer fit or just don't fit your life? Don't let them languish in the back of your closet - bring them to the swap! Your unworn clothes could be someone else's wardrobe staple! This is a one-for-one swap, with a limit of 10 clothing items per person. Nearly new clothing only - bring what you would want to find! This year we are also allowing up to 3 children's halloween costumes per-person at the swap. Proceeds from the event are benefiting local non-profit, Seeds to Sew, an organizations that supports sustainable income for women and funds education for girls in rural Kenya.
