You should be able to go to work and be yourself. Unfortunately, some workers face harassment in the workplace due to one or more aspects of their identities. Local, state, and federal laws forbid workplace harassment and discrimination based on protected characteristics, such as sex, race, nationality, pregnancy, age, and disability. Phillips & Associates may be able to recover damages if you feel you have been subject to workplace discrimination. Our lawyers work out of six locations, including our new Princeton office and are ready to help.
