Farm-to-Pizza, Liberty Hall Pizza's Guest Pizzaiolo Series

On Thursday, July 19th from 5 to 9 p.m. Executive Chef Chris Beall steps in as Liberty Hall Pizza's guest pizzaiolo to present two special compositions featuring locally sourced ingredients: Smoked Yellow Tomato with Fulper Farms Ricotta, Goat Hill Farm Soppressata and Pesto Basil from the Station's Herb Garden; and Smoky Duck Prosciutto with Local Shiitake mushrooms, fresh Fulper Farms Mozzarella finished with Blue Moon Farm Micro Greens.

The entire Liberty Hall Pizza menu will also be available along with the guest chef's pizzas for all Guest Pizzaiola events, which take place approximately once a month.

Liberty Hall Pizza is located inside the Canal Studios Complex at 243 North Union Street in Lambertville, New Jersey.
