SUMMER STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM!
Our summer strength and conditioning program runs in weekly sessions, Monday through Friday, for four weeks from July 21st to August 15th, from 9:00 to 11:30 AM. Held at the UUC of Princeton on Cherry Hill Road, Princeton, NJ, this program combines indoor and outdoor training to help athletes’ ages 11-17 prepare for fall sports or simply stay conditioned! Each session is tailored to the athlete’s specific sport and focuses on strength training, endurance, speed and agility, flexibility, mobility, and core stability. We believe that mental strength is just as important as physical performance. Through fitness challenges like push-ups, timed planks, and vertical jump assessments, athletes will track their progress, build confidence, and develop the self-assurance they need to excel in their sport!
