Chefs for Seniors, PSRC
(In-Person — Hybrid at PSRC’s Poor Farm Road Location) Tuesday, March 29 at 3:00 p.m. The Chefs for Seniors’ Executive Chef, James Rosciano, will prepare two Italian specialties: Mushroom Farro Risotto and Gnocchi Caprese Salad. During the presentation he will also share tips for easy cooking methods, healthy recipe ingredients, and safety in the kitchen. James Rosciano has extensive culinary experience as a chef and caterer. He joined Chefs for Seniors after being the primary caregiver for his parents, who both have specialty diet needs related to aging. Registration required, no fee.
