Wednesday, July 18, 10:00am, HV Senior Center, 395 Reading Street, Pennington. Nobody wants to be exposed to toxic substances while they are simply doing their household cleaning. And we all want to do what we can to protect the earth. But when it comes to cleaning products, how do you know what is harmful and what is not? We could all use a little help reading product labels; and when we switch to something less toxic, how can we be sure it will be just as effective? Joann Held, of the Hopewell Valley Green Team, will be sharing answers to these questions and asking you to share your Green Cleaning tips.
