YHIS-STARTALK Student Program offers FREE 3-week Intensive Chinese Immersion program to rising 3rd to 8th grade students at different proficiency level (Novice to Intermediate). From June 26 to July 14, 2017, 9 - 3:30 pm.

YingHua International School (YHIS) is the area’s oldest Chinese Immersion preschool and elementary school. YHIS is a candidate for International Baccalaureate World School and is accredited by the MSA-CESS. Not only do YingHua International School students become proficient in both English and Chinese, they develop positive cross-cultural attitudes while reaching a high level of academic achievement. In addition, our young learners benefit cognitively, exhibiting greater nonverbal problem-solving abilities and more flexible thinking than their one-language peers. Since 1933, Villa Victoria has nurtured young women into smart, strong, confident women. Through limited class enrollment and a focus on the specific learning style of young women, Villa strives to meet each student's needs and to develop her God-given abilities. In the classroom, on the stage, in the laboratory or on the athletic field, each student grows as an individual while serving an important role in the Villa family. They attend schools that are right for their interests and they receive large amounts of scholarships and grants to attend the schools of their choice. The class of 2019 (17 girls) merited $3.5 million dollars in college scholarships and grants.
