Hunterdon Land Trust opens a new Farmers’ Market season Sunday, May 15 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the historic Dvoor Farm, 111 Mine St. in Flemington. The producers’-only market will run every Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through Nov. 20. Shoppers will find organic fruits and vegetables, all-natural meats, fresh-baked breads, cave-ripened cheeses, honey, pies, plants, locally roasted coffee, milk, eggs and more. About 20 farmers and vendors will participate in the market this season.

Most farmers accept credit cards. Parking is free and easily accessible

Bring a mat or towel and any props you enjoy, and wear comfy clothes! Find us on River Drive in the lower park on Sunday mornings at 9:30 am, in front of the main parking lot. Classes are free, however donations are deeply appreciated!

Ping Pong Fundraiser Tournament, Princeton Pong

WeLoveU Foundation will be hosting an exciting and eventful charity ping pong tournament called "Fit for Funds" in partnership with the Princeton Pong in Princeton, New Jersey! The tournament will also feature family-fun entertainment for the community to come together for outdoor games, children face painting, a water dunk tank, raffle prizes and much more! The purpose of the event is to help raise funds in which all proceeds will be used to continue the works of the WeLoveU Foundation.

Wild Fest 2022: Food Truck & Music Festival - Benefit for Woodlands Wildlife

This food truck and music festival will be held on June 26th, 2022 from 12-6pm at the Clinton Elks Lodge in Pittstown, NJ. After two years of pauses to our in-person fundraising events due to COVID, and two record breaking years of animal care, we are excited to be planning this event! Wild Fest will be a fun day full of great food, amazing music and activities for the entire family.

Woodlands Wildlife Refuge is a charitable organization dedicated to the care and release of injured and orphaned wildlife. Woodlands cares for over 1,700 wild animals annually and our needs grow each year. Woodlands receives no state or federal funding.

Diderot String Quartet, Princeton University Summer Chamber Concerts

The second concert of Princeton University Summer Chamber Concerts’ 55th Season of FREE chamber music concerts is with the DIDEROT STRING QUARTET on Sunday, June 26th at 2:00pm in Richardson Auditorium on the Princeton University campus. The concert will explore “The Legacy of the Fugue” with Bach’s “Art of Fugue” and Mendelossohn’s String Quartet No. 2 in A minor, Op. 13.

Tickets are free and available online only starting Friday, June 17th, one week before each concert, through the university ticket office at:  tickets.princeton.edu.  Limit of 2 tickets for Orchestra; 4 tickets for Balcony.  Doors will open 45 minutes prior to the concert.

Campus Collections Outdoor Walking Tour, Princeton University Art Museum

Princeton University is home to one of the country's most significant collections of twentieth- and twenty-first-century public sculpture. Join a guided walking tour of the campus collections with an Art Museum docent and discover a variety of artworks by modern and contemporary sculptors, from Henry Moore to Louise Nevelson. Learn about materials and techniques and explore elements of design and balance.

Tours meet at 2 p.m. each Saturday and Sunday through June 26, except May 21–22. These one-hour tours are held outdoors, rain or shine, and are stair-free.

Terhune Orchards Firefly Festival

Welcome summertime with Terhune Orchards’ annual kick off to summer – our Firefly Festival. On Sunday June 26, visitors will be treated to an electrifying afternoon and evening from 4-9 p.m. Admission to Firefly Festival is free.

Firefly Festival is a fun filled event for the whole family. Children can dress up as fireflies after decorating wings and making antennas in the craft area. There is a $7 charge for craft activities. Children can have fun in our children play area and on pedal and play tractors. Visiting with our farm animals is always fun for everyone. Take a stroll on our farm trail, see what you can discover. Take a pony ride around the pasture.
