Foundation Collegiate Academy Spring Concert
On Thursday, May 24, at 6:30 pm, at The College of New Jersey’s Mayo Concert Hall, student musicians from Foundation Academies will offer a free concert to the public. “Three ensembles will perform,” said Ryan Kiple, Music Director at Foundation Collegiate Academy. “Two orchestras, each comprising over 70 students from grades 9 through 12 will play. In addition, our resident Junior Quartet, and the Foundation Collegiate Academy Youth Orchestra, featuring over 30 high school students who have passed an audition to gain a position will perform.” The music selections will range from neoclassical works through contemporary ones, all of which were chosen by the students.
