Princeton native Brad Borkan introduces his new book When Your Life Depends on It: Extreme decision-making lessons from the Antarctic -  An adventure book based on the harrowing life and death decisions made by early Antarctic explorers during the heroic era of exploration in the early 20th century. The brave men who explored this unknown territory— Ernest Shackleton, Robert Scott, Roald Amundsen, and Douglas Mawson to name several—were real heroes, and often faced life-and-death decisions just to survive—the kind most of us never have to make in our own lives.
