The Princeton Farmers market opens for the season this Thursday, May 28th! The market will be operating in the Franklin Avenue parking lot from 10am - 2pm. All customers must follow social distancing protocols and maintain a safe distance from each other. Customers are required to wear a mask. The market is located at: 46-80 Franklin Avenue.

KN95 Mask Distribution, Chabad of Robbinsville & Hamilton

Chabad of Robbinsville & Hamilton will be having a local KN95 mask distribution on Thursday, June 4th, from 1-3 PM. This is in affiliation with Chabad centers across the state of New Jersey who are distributing 150,000 KN95 masks.This is made possible by a generous donor who has been affected by the pandemic and wants to help others.

Supplies are LIMITED so Pre-registration is a must! There will be a police presence on hand to help assist with the smooth flow and safety of the drive through distribution. Webinar: Preserving the Local Harvest, The Suppers Programs

In this Webinar you will learn how to preserve the bountiful harvest from our local farms & land, led by Master Food Preserver Kim Rizk, Co-Founder & Owner of Jammin’ Crepes Kim will demonstrate fun and fast ways to preserve the harvest. Kim Rizk completed her Master Food Preserver certification from Cornell’s Agricultural Cooperative Extension and will introduce you to preserving techniques that range from lacto-fermentation and quick pickling to hot water bath canning.
