Adath Israel Congregation with the Rider University Julius and Dorothy Koppelman Holocaust / Genocide Resource Center will present a Yom HaShoah Service and Program on Sunday, April 8th at 1:30 PM.
Yom HaShoah is known as Holocaust and Heroism Remembrance Day to honor and commemorate the approximately six million Jews who perished in the Shoah, the catastrophe of atrocities committed against the Jewish people during WWII.
Dr. Lindsey Warren, adjunct Lecturer at The College of New Jersey, will be the featured speaker on the topic "From Death to Life: The Role of Theater In Post-Holocaust Healing". Music will be performed by the Sharim v'Sharot choir.
