Annual Bryn-Mawr Wellesley Book Sale

The 94th annual Bryn Mawr Wellesley Book Sale is March 12-16 at Stuart Country Day School, 1200 Stuart Road, in Princeton. Over 60,000 books in excellent condition, sorted into categories from Anthropology to World History, will be on sale, with most hardbacks priced at $4. Kids’ books start at $1. Three special collections are featured this year from the estates of local scholars in Native American studies, British Art, and Archaeology. Admission on the first day is $32. Winery Weekend Music Series @Terhune's

Join us for cheer in the winery to enjoy live music and meet up with family and friends. With indoor seating in our wine barn among the wine tanks and outdoor seating with firepits. Enjoy hot mulled wine, tasting flights of Terhune favorite wines, and wine by the glass. All ages can have fun with s’mores and hot cocoa kits. Light bites of cheese plates and chips & salsa baskets are available at the winery. Perfect to enjoy with a glass of wine in the sun.

On Saturday enjoy the music of Shamrock Shenanigans (with Mike Tusay) and on Sunday listen to Irish Tunes with Bill O’Neal and his wife, Mary. Enjoy Terhune wines, tasting flights and mulled wine. Savory delights are available to accompany your wines. Winery hours 12 pm-5 pm. Enjoy Music 1-4pm No outside food or pets, please. Pi Day with Princeton Einstein™ Museum of Science @Princeton Public Library

The nascent Princeton Einstein™ Museum of Science will offer a variety of FREE hands on activities related to Einstein's scientific legacy on March 15 at the Princeton Public Library from 2-4 pm. They are suitable for ages 5-10.

Talk to Silvia Trinczek, a scientist from Princeton Plasma Physics Lab, to receive a free compass or space tattoo, while supplies last. Ask her your most probing physics question, or if you are not sure what to ask, choose one from our suggestions including "why is the sky blue" and "what's inside a black hole?" Then try a prototype "thought experiment," which will be featured in the museum's 2025 exhibit, Einstein's Brain: Mind of a Genius. You can also play with magnetism activities and take home fun worksheets on the speed of light and do-at-home magnetism experiments.
