Led by a seasoned doctor of physical therapy, it’s not just a walk — it’s a chance to ask questions and learn about walking safety while surrounded by nature’s beauty. Walking sticks and canes are welcome, although participants must be able to keep up with the pace of the group in order to attend the program. Have you ever wanted to learn the art of pressed flowers? Would you like to learn how to create beautiful art pieces using pressed flowers? Local artist and owner of Flore Organic Botanics, Sophie Meunier, will provide participants with a pressed flower demonstration as well as a large selection of already pressed flowers and materials needed to create beautiful works of art. Tickets are $90 and include all materials. Spaces are limited to provide an intimate setting. Light refreshments will be served.
