Sunset Sips & Sounds, Terhune Orchards

Come join us in our historic apple orchard for Terhune wine, music, light bites and friend-filled evenings every Friday nights June through Sept 6 at Terhune Orchards Vineyard and Winery. What a great way to unwind after the week, meet friends, bring your family, enjoy the sunset on the farm. Grab a glass of one of our award-winning wines, tasting flight or wine slush, sit back, relax, and enjoy live music from local artists each week. Styles range from Jazz and Blues to Folk and Rock.

Music from 5pm-8pm. Winery is open 12pm-8pm. Barn Door Cafe is open for homemade dinner fare and light bites fresh from the farm. Sips & Sounds is the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Empire Wild, The Princeton Festival

Empire Wild, a genre-bending, Juilliard-trained classical crossover trio features cellists Ken Kubota and Mitch Lyon, and pianist Ji-Yong Kim. The group brings its signature mix of original music, inventive covers, and twists on the classical canon.

Dancing Under the Stars, Hinds Plaza

Members of Central Jersey Dance demonstrate basic steps and lead others in an evening of dancing to recorded music of all kinds on Hinds Plaza, weather permitting; or Community Room.

Join us twice per month from June to September on the plaza for our tenth season of this collaborative dance event co-sponsored by the library and Central Jersey Dance Society. Sept. 27 will feature dances and music from Latin America as part of our Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations. Dancing Under the Stars 2024 schedule: June 7, 21; July 5, 19; Aug. 9, 23; Sept. 13, Sept. 27. Presented in partnership with the Mayors Wellness Campaign community health initiative.

Avenue QMusic Mountain Theater, 1483 State Route 179, Lambertville. Recent college graduate Princeton moves to an apartment on Avenue Q, where he and new-found friends struggle to find jobs, dates, and their ever-elusive purpose in life. $32. 8 p.m.

DraculaPrinceton Summer Theater, Hamilton Murray Theater, Princeton University. Kate Hamill's adaptation of Bram Stoker's 1897 novel. $35. 8 p.m.

JJ Ramirez @Catch A Rising Star

J.J. has something to say and he's right in your face making you laugh. He is one of New York's very best headliners and is a regular at America's best clubs including The World Famous Comic Strip and Caroline's On Broadway. On television, J.J. has appeared on A&E's Comedy on the Road, Evening at the Improv, Showtime at the Apollo, Fox's Comic Strip Live and Comedy Central.

Send everyone off to the enchanted woods, where they get caught in the crossfire between the King and Queen of the fairies. This funny, sexy, goofy comedy full of mistaken identities, love potions, mayhem, magical mystical creatures, ass-headed weavers and nature gone mad will have you agreeing with William Shakespeare and Puck when they say, “Lord what fools these mortals be!”
