Inspire for Life Summer Camp
The Pennington School 112 West Delaware Avenue Pennington NJ 08534 609-730-9300
"Inspire for Life is a weight and lifestyle management camp for girls that teaches them how to have fun while learning life skills that will help them live healthier, more disciplined lives at home. Our camp program revolves around three principles for a healthy lifestyle; exercise, nutrition, and mental preparation. Exercise and nutrition are the components that keep the physical body healthy, but the mind is the key to building the discipline necessary to establish healthy habits and continue on a path of growth and change. Our goal is to promote long-term sustainability by equipping our campers with the tools they will need to continue their success when they return home. We accomplish this by maintaining a low camper-to-counselor ratio, personalizing each girl's experience to her specific goals and needs, and teaching them how to live healthy lifestyles on their own rather than simply forcing them to move more and eat less while at camp. For more information, visit us!"
