Join the Arts Council of Princeton and the Paul Robeson House of Princeton to commemorate Paul Robeson’s 124th Birthday. We will celebrate with the laying of a wreath on Robeson’s bust outside the Arts Council and the acknowledgment of the first Robeson Scholars to honor area students who excel in the arts and athletics. A reception will follow with cake for all to enjoy.

The African American Cultural Collaborative of Mercer County in partnership with the Arts Council of Princeton present, “In Honor of the Legendary Paul Robeson”. Performing artists will celebrate the life and legacy of Paul Robeson through song, poetry, storytelling, spoken word and more. Join us to celebrate this dynamic Princeton native whose talents as a concert artist, stage and film actor, athlete, and activist still resonate today.
This free, outdoor event will take place at Hinds Plaza (next to Princeton Public Library).
