Thursday March 6, 2025
6:00 PM

Join us for an informative presentation at the Lawrence Headquarters Branch of the Mercer County Library System at 6:00 pm on Thursday, March 6, 2025, by Gary Lee Kraut, an award-winning travel specialist who grew up in Ewing, NJ, and has lived in Paris for over 35 years. In this illustrated lecture, Gary will explore the development of these bistros over the past 150 years and their current role in Paris's culinary scene. He'll introduce the audience to some of the owners, patrons, dishes, and wines that are part of his own Paris bistro life and that you, too, can meet and enjoy on your next trip to Paris.
