Join Ricardo Kairios, Family and Community Health Sciences Educator, to learn about the Nutrition Facts Label. During this session, Ricardo will highlight easy ways to read the nutrition facts label, tips to avoid foods high in sodium and added sugars and find foods high in fiber and calcium, and gain resources to help support healthy eating behaviors.
