"Beware the Ides of March" Sonnet Slam, McCarter Theatre & PPL

Love Shakespeare? Savor the sonnets? Join us for an in-person “Sonnet Slam”—a favorite offering of McCarter Theatre’s perennially popular Shakespeare Community Reading Group and an opportunity for both reunion and welcoming newcomers into the joy of reading Shakespearean poetry aloud. Intended for all ages and experience levels, this is a fun and informal way to personally experience Shakespeare’s gift to poetic posterity. All are welcome as readers or listeners. No previous experience with Shakespeare or the Sonnets is necessary!
