Cook Talks: Crème Brûlée Workshop, Lawrence Library

Sirio Maccioni and his wife Egidiana are known for inventing the Crème Brûlée recipe made famous at Le Cirque restaurant in Manhattan. Come learn the secrets to making the perfect Crème Brûlée and try your hand with the blowtorch used to brûlée the sugar on top into a caramel crust. Register.

Workshop at Art Sparks, Art Sparks Studio
