Welcoming Week Cultural Fair - Princeton Public Library

Families, individuals and volunteers from different countries gather to show displays representing their cultures and nationalities. Residents are encouraged to come and share their culture by bringing items and sharing stories that represent their traditions. The event will celebrate the mix of countries, traditions and ethnic backgrounds of the people who live in our community.

History of Trenton – Mercer Airport

On Thursday, September 20th at 7:00 pm the Lawrence Headquarters Branch of the Mercer County Library System will host Howard Bueschel, long time Ewing resident and former associate professor of aviation history and law at Mercer County Community College as he discusses the history of Trenton-Mercer Airport (TTN). The airport opened in 1929 in order to better connect Mercer County to the rest of the nation. Learn all about the fascinating history behind our growing local airport.
