Celebrate Diwali with Shishya Dancing School, Lawrence Headquarters Branch
Join us once again to celebrate Diwali, the festival of lights, which marks the victory of good over evil. We are thrilled to welcome back Guru ‘Kalashree’ Sukanya Mahadevan and her talented students from the Shishya School of Performing Arts. Sukanya, the founder and artistic director of the school in Lawrenceville, has led her students to perform at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall in NYC. Their dance dramas, inspired by Hindu mythology and modernday themes, have received rave reviews.
